In the ExpertBiz application you can generate, save and send invoices whenever you want. As you already know, you have 5 calendar days from the date of issuing an invoice until you can upload it to the ANAF RO e-Invoice system without risking being fined. That's why, once you've issued an invoice, we'll immediately show you the send button in SPV, so you don't waste precious time logging in every time you want to upload or download an invoice from the ANAF system. Basically, in ExpertBiz you log in only once from a computer using your electronic certificate previously registered in the Private Virtual Space, so that whenever you want to send or download invoices, you can do it with a single click, even from your mobile phone.

Invoicing to individuals – solved!

If until now you have not been affected by the law that provides for the sending of invoices issued to companies or government institutions in the ANAF RO e-Invoice register, you should know that, starting from January 1, 2025, it becomes mandatory to send to the SPV including invoices issued to customers your natural persons. You can now do this in the ExpertBiz app, so you can be sure that by the beginning of next year you have everything set up!

You are constantly informed

We know very well how important it is to always be informed and to have the traceability of every process, especially when it comes to tax compliance. Thus, we thought that you would want to be constantly aware of the status of the invoices you send in SPV (for example, if validation is pending, if the invoice is already successfully validated, or if, for some reason, your invoice was rejected by the ANAF system). Basically, by tracking the status of your invoices directly in the application, you eliminate the risk of discovering after more than 5 days that an invoice that you were sure you sent did not actually arrive in the SPV.

The ExpertBiz solution is easy to use not only because of the intuitive way in which the operation was thought, but also because of the way of intelligent creation of article catalogs and partner list which is done automatically as you issue invoices.

Legislative compliance

Did you know that the legislation in force provides for the archiving for a period of 5 years of the XML formats validated by ANAF both for the invoices you sent and for those you received in the ANAF RO e-Invoice system from your suppliers ? So that you don't have to manually download these files one by one from your ANAF account, the invoices will be automatically picked up by ExpertBiz once you've achieved authorization, so you can download and save them to your own storage location or be able to send them to an authorized electronic archiving platform, such as Archive Expert.

Continuous development

You may think that the ExpertBiz app only solves some of the problems you face. Well, the experience we have helps us tremendously to develop the app faster than you can imagine! In a few months, we managed to completely implement the functionality required for invoicing, even those that are not yet mandatory from a legal point of view.
