Through this Privacy Policy, we would like to inform you about how we collect, use, protect and distribute your personal data within the ExpertBiz solution, available on the website www.expertbiz.ro and in the mobile app, on iOS and Android systems. We understand the importance of protecting your personal data and implement all necessary procedures and methods to provide a secure and transparent environment for all our users. As such, we are committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of the personal data we have access to.
Definitions:
To ensure that all information provided in this Policy is fully and accurately interpreted, the following terms will be used
“Supplier”/”ExpertBiz”/”we”/”our”/”ours” – refers to SC Expert Software SRL
“Services”/”Subscriptions”/”Features” – refers to services provided through the Expertbiz.ro platform and the ExpertBiz apps for iOS and Android, as presented on www.expertbiz.ro
“User”, “beneficiary” or “you”. – refers to the account created on the ExpertBiz.ro platform.
“User’s customer” is the legal entity that the user adds to the “Customers” page or to which the user issues an invoice, contract or offer.
“Personal Information” refers to information that can be used to identify the user or a client of the user, directly or indirectly, including but not limited to name, date of birth, Social Security number, email address, telephone number.

Principles underlying the processing of personal data of the Beneficiaries:

- responsibility
- processing of personal data for specified purposes
- the collection of data which is adequate, relevant and not excessive for the purpose of the processing
- informing the natural person concerned
- protection and security of personal data
Applicability:
Our privacy policy states:
- how and for what purpose to store information when using the ExpertBiz solution.
- how ExpertBiz transmits, by your consent, your user or client information to the ANAF RO e-Invoice system or Netopia payment processor when: by your consent, there is a link between the Beneficiary account created in the ExpertBiz application and the ANAF RO e-Invoice system or you select recurring payment of services through the Netopia payment processor.
Data collected and purpose of collection:
When creating an account in the ExpertBiz application, information such as first name, last name, e-mail address, phone number and the company details for which the account is being created must be filled in.
Any other personal data you enter into the ExpertBiz application – of yourself, your clients or employees of the company you represent – belongs to you, ExpertBiz using this data only to provide the services you have contracted for by accepting the Terms and Conditions as detailed in the header. IX.
Expert Software SRL, as a supplier of ExpertBiz Solution has implemented ISO9001 Quality and ISO 27001 Information Security Management Systems. According to these standards, the following measures are taken at organisational level to limit access to personal data:
- All passwords and access data stored in the ExpertBiz solution are encrypted
- Permanent monitoring of access to the database
- Expert Software employees have limited access to any personal data, which is used exclusively for the provision of contracted services. Furthermore, each employee of the Supplier has assumed specific confidentiality clauses regarding the personal data to which they have access.
- Safety copies made regularly
- We do not store card data
In the event of a security incident, in accordance with Article 33 of the European GDPR Regulation, it will be reported to the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Protection and notified to the User.
User’s rights over personal data:
- The user may request information on the processing activities of the personal data provided at any time during the contractual period;
- The user may request the rectification of inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
- The user may request deletion of the data if the processing was not lawful or in other cases provided for by law;
- The user may request restriction of processing or object to processing if the data is inaccurate and in other cases provided for by law;
- The user has the right to data portability with the right to receive, upon request, personal data in a structured, machine-readable format and to have it sent directly to another controller;
- The user may lodge a complaint with the National Supervisory Authority for the Processing of Personal Data about the way personal data is processed;
- If the processing is based on the user’s consent, the consent may be withdrawn at any time. Withdrawal of consent will only be effective for the future, the processing carried out prior to the withdrawal will remain valid.
